Agreement
By registering or using the service, the business and its authorized users accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable Subscription Terms.
Accounts
The registering owner confirms authority to act for the business. Every team member must use an individual account. Owners and admins are responsible for roles, location access, password resets and disabling former staff.
Data accuracy
The business is responsible for verifying farmer/customer records, rates, weights, vouchers, stock, payments, tax treatment and reports. Corrections to confirmed records should use auditable adjustment or reversal processes.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload malware or unlawful material, bypass access controls, share credentials, manipulate records, attack the service or use it for fraud.
Availability and termination
Internet access is required for server confirmation. Maintenance and third-party outages may occur. Access may be suspended for security risk, misuse, legal requirements or unpaid subscription fees.
Liability and law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the service is provided as an operational recordkeeping tool and liability is limited by the applicable commercial agreement. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
