Dynamic annual price
The annual price is calculated on the server from the active base plan, purchase spots, warehouses, factories, team accounts and applicable GST. The exact breakdown is displayed before Razorpay checkout.
Payment and activation
Razorpay processes payment. Activation occurs only after server verification of the signed order, exact amount, INR currency and captured status. Subscription access normally lasts one year from activation.
Renewal
Automatic renewal is off unless the checkout or account screen clearly states otherwise and the customer separately authorizes it. Prices may change for a future term, but the price shown and accepted for the current order applies.
Changes in usage
Adding locations or team members can change the next quoted price. Current-term upgrades, credits or proration apply only when explicitly displayed or agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
A business may stop using the service or request cancellation through support. Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy. Expiry or cancellation does not automatically delete business records.
Taxes and invoices
Displayed GST and total are calculated from configured pricing. Businesses remain responsible for their own accounting and tax treatment.
